Hello!
This is probably my first real attempt at some kind of a nail art design and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out and even more pleased that I managed to get it done on both hands :)
Here is one shot without flash
For this, I used Butter London's Primrose Picnic - a warm-toned fuchsia that has slight reddened tones (as opposed to cooler, purple-toned fuchsia). It has a slight jelly finish - I used 2 thick coats for full opacity.
For the design, I used my set of acrylic paints and 3 sizes of dotting tools - the largest for the white doily-like design, medium for the white "petals" of the doily and a small dotting tool for the small white dots as well as the yellow and pink dots in the centre. I tried to add a green leaft but it didn't turn out so I wiped it off.

I was googling googling one night and chanced upon the picture below which served as inspiration for this nail art attempt - I zoomed in and screenshot the image and saved it but didn't take note of the website. Off topic but I went a little crazy looking for it again (I had to upload the picture to my laptop and then upload it to Google and did an image search - I didn't know you could do that!). The original website where the design is found is HERE - Burkatron by Caroline Burke

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Friday!
